Intermediate Yoga

Tuesday | 7:30 – 9pm

$10 drop in   /   $40 five class pass

Join us in a small class setting with others from the community. Yoga at The Library, drawing from the Sivananda and vinyasa traditions, are designed for students who are looking for a balance between vigorous and meditative practice. We promote a healing, non-competitive environment where one’s practice can develop safely, naturally, and with compassion.

Our Tuesday night class is typically for those who have practiced for at least one month. However, it is an open class and variations are taught for all levels. This class includes inversions such as headstand and shoulder-stand, with students also practicing modifications.

Thai Yoga Bodywork for Women

Thai yoga is a wonderful way to receive deep physical and energetic healing through the use of assisted yoga postures. This healing modality is performed fully clothed while the recipient is either sitting or lying down. By bringing the body into various postures muscles, joints, organs, and energetic pathways are able to release tension and toxins. The recipient remains passive throughout the session and the result is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.

-         Sessions are $60 for 1 hour or $100 for 2 hours, which includes consultation.

-         Appointments are available after 6pm weekdays and after 10am Saturday and Sunday.

-         To schedule an appointment or for more information please contact Franciska Farkas.
